The cozy cottage was so lovely! It was clean and beautiful, and so convenient to shopping and restaurants. We will definitely stay there again when we visit Greensboro!

Maddie’s Cozy Guest House Apartment was exactly what we were hoping for—and then some. The location in Old Irving Park is ideal, with great restaurants and shops just a short walk away, and the neighborhood itself is beautiful. Perfect for a morning coffee stroll or an evening walk. The apartment was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. No surprises, no issues, no complaints.Maddie was excellent to work with—responsive, quick to communicate, and made everything easy from start to finish.Would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend.

We had a good stay overall and especially appreciated the convenient location to downtown Greensboro for shopping, restaurants and being close to family. The bed was very comfortable, which made our visit even more enjoyable. There were a few minor maintenance and housekeeping items that we shared privately with the host, and we’re confident they’ll be addressed for future guests. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the host’s responsiveness.
