Central Apt: Xbox S, Walk to Tanger & Coffee Shop + Amenities

Wow, what a neat place to share. The property was very clean, well stocked if you wanted to cook. The host even had coffee ready to go! It’s located in a perfect spot for downtown Greensboro shops, restaurants, breweries, and bakeries! Host was on top of everything and the entire process went smooth. There’s even a great little coffee shop next door. We’d definitely stay here again! Oh…I am still dreaming of that bathtub. IYKYK.

As advertised, highly recommend

Loved being able to walk to Elm street restaurants and shops. The coffee shop downstairs was a bonus. We didn’t want to leave.

PROS: Location downtown was great. Close to parks, restaurants, bars, and the Grasshoppers Stadium which was a great place for inexpensive family activity. We were there for a soccer showcase at Bryan park and the drive each day was less than 20 minutes each way. Also just a few miles from a great mall which was a perfect spot to meet up with teammates. Complimentary coffee, hair dryers, and shampoo/conditioner/soap in each bathroom was a great plus that you don't get at many VRBOs! We only needed to reach out to Maddie twice during our stay and both times she was very responsive and helpful! CONS: Only one TV which was in the living room where our daughter slept all week which was disappointing. We were unable to find any filtered water from the fridge so went through a lot of bottled water. The ice maker worked well though.

The host was very welcoming and it was nice she checked in after our first day to make sure all was well. The apartment was clean and cozy and had everything we needed. Everywhere we went we could either walk to or was only a short drive. For being downtown it was a quiet location.
