100% would stay here again. The apartment was perfectly clean, comfortable, and relaxing. We loved the original staircase, brick walls, huge windows, art, and light fixtures. The apartment layout is spacious and includes everything you could want. Communications were excellent and friendly. We parked in the lot one block away which is free all weekend. Elm Street location is in the middle of the action. You can walk to so many restaurants, coffee places, breweries, and shops. The best bookstore ever, Sassafras, is right underneath the apartment. We wanted to stay longer!

The rooftop apartment is a gem! Amazing views, wonderful location, and beautiful home. Loved the experience of staying there, and I want to return and stay there many more times in the future.Thank you, Maddie, for what you offer, how you help, and all you do!

Wow - what a shocker. As you enter to the unassuming green front on Elm Street you're immediately greeted with an antique staircase with the insignia of a watchmaker. Also you continue up the two flight of stairs you wonder what will actually be before the front door. Upon opening, it is a breath taking return of the days of yesteryear. The place is beautiful, updated, yet true to it's history. It had all of the amenities you could need, and checkout was super easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will be back.

We came to Greensboro to see Nate Bargatze and decided to stay a few days in the area. The apartment is in a great location of downtown. You can easily walk to so many places. There are lots of restaurants and breweries nearby to try. Highly recommend Cheesecakes by Alex which is just across the street! We parked in the Greene St parking garage our entire stay with no issues. Easy walk to the apartment. An electrical breaker had been tripped prior to our check in but Maddie was very responsive when we texted her and we got it resolved easily. It is pretty easy to hear street noise from the living area but isn't too bad from the bedroom if you keep the door closed. Eye masks and earplugs were provided but we didn't need to use them. Overall we enjoyed our stay. It was a nice change of pace from your same old same old hotel chain. The price per night felt in line with the quality of the apartment, furnishings, and amenities in the area. Would recommend!
